Description of Instrument:
This proposal is for a new Renewable Energy Approval by McLean’s Mountain Wind GP Inc, proposed to be located in the Municipality of Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands, Ontario. This is a Class 4 Wind Facility with a total generation capacity of 60 MW.
This proposed facility is considered to be a Class 4 Wind Facility under Ontario Regulation 359/09 Renewable Energy Approvals under Part V.0.1 of the Act (O.Reg.359/09). Applications for Renewable Energy Approvals are required to be submitted in accordance with O.Reg.359/09 for consideration for approval.

This comment period is for the public to review the proposal and provide comments and input directly to the ministry.
