Curious that the article in Oregon notes layoffs in 'Canada.' It seems possible the bizarre Wolfe Island shoals offshore contract with Vestas, for a project prohibited by a moratorium, was privately sanctioned by the government to avoid the embarrassing loss of jobs at this manufacturer - one fighting for survival throughout the world.
