"Partners Energy Group announced today that as a result of the December 16, 2011 Ontario Power Authorities management teleconference, the planned public information session currently scheduled to take place January 10, 2012 will be postponed until the OPA completes the FIT program review."The article serves as a reminder the next FIT program is pending.
Proponents of technologies such as combined heat and power (CHP), and waste-to-energy (WTE) seem to be in the dark about the future FIT, in stark contrast to Windstream's suddenly proceeding with it's offshore plans despite what is publicly displayed as a moratorium on such activity.
The OPA teleconference referenced in the Meaford Independent article can be listened to here (requires registration and an hour of your time).
