Stop wind energy subsidies TODAY

John Droz has a call to action out for Americans to show their support for ending the Production Tax Credit (PTC).   The links, it seems increasingly financial ones, between US and Canadian lobbyist, is increasingly well established, and the wind side is descending on Washington as they see attachment to the payroll tax bill as their best chance to save the PTC.
John's message is below, with contact information for the representatives and Senators on the committees contained in the linked page:
Stop wind energy subsidies TODAY | Wind Watch:

We are at a CRITICAL crossroads. The future of the main wind energy subsidies — primarily the Production Tax Credit (PTC), but also the 1603 Treasury Grant program — are likely going to be resolved over the weekend as part of a payroll tax deal.
The payroll tax cut was extended at the end of last year for 2 months, so a deal, if one is to be made, must be worked out by Wednesday, February 29.
The 1603 program expired at the end of last year, and the PTC will expire at the end of this year. Some lawmakers, pushed by industry and investment interests, are trying to extend the PTC, and possibly the 1603 program for another 4-10 years.
The bottom line is that if BOTH of these actions can be stopped, the US wind business will likely cease.
Please call any and all of your state legislators identified below, or any that you might have any connection with.
Please pass this on to like-minded citizens.
Thank you — YOUR phone call WILL make a difference!
