On Friday March 16th, 2012 REA approval was granted to NextEra by the MOE Director to install 59 wind turbines in Haldimand County. The only remaining recourse is to seek legal action within 15 days of the decision. Haldimand Wind Concerns has done so on behalf of the residents of Haldimand County.

Haldimand Wind Concerns (HWC) has full support of Wind Concerns Ontario (WCO) and HWC has solicited the expertise of Lawyer Eric Gillespie (leading expert challenging IWT development with notable cases in Prince Edward County and Chatham Kent).

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated in the form of a donation which will be held in trust and disbursed through the course of litigation.
