There has been a new development in Haldimand Wind Concerns case at the ERT hearing for the appeal of NextEra's wind project in Haldimand. We have just been advised that one of HWC’s key expert witnesses has had a medical situation come up that requires attention. He hopes to be able to return to work shortly but for the next little while he will not be able to participate in the hearing. As a result, we will be asking the ERT for a brief adjournment. We will keep you up to date as soon as we learn more.Obviously this situation was not expected and we apologize for any inconvenience.Bill Monture's appeal continues on Thursday, June 7 and Friday, June 8 with NextEra's and the MOE Director's case at Hagersville Community Centre, 62 Main St. South, Hagersville beginning at 10 am.Thanks, Haldimand Wind ConcernsMany thanks for all you do to help us out,
Tammy King, c.o. Haldimand Wind Concerns
